Since Clear Channel Communications decided to ‘Go in a Different Direction’ on their Pittsburgh morning radio show, former host Jim Krenn is in training for his radio comeback in September. But more importantly Jimmy is getting in shape – Mind, Body and Soul – for his return to the stage, his original home and where he feels most comfortable. A standup comic by trade, Jimmy has been away from the big comedy stage for over six months and his return, Memorial Day weekend in Pittsburgh, is the main event. The show will feature comic/radio host/entertainer Jim Krenn and his longtime comedy and music friends from the early years of his 25+ years in comedy.

Jimmy spent the week of Feb. 27 – Mar.3 with Eric Factor at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
Erik is a former patient at Pittsburgh’s children’s hospital. Jimmy and Erick met over ten years ago and have remained friends and in Jimmy’s words “…he’s more like a little brother.”
In spite of seven open heart operations and many other challenges Erik always has a smile on his face and brings that same smile to everyone he comes in contact with.
If you would like to join Jimmy in his longtime support and fundraising for Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh you can help a child heal and inspire others the way Erik does by donating to Children’s hospital in Honor of Eric Factor.
